test the imagination and improvisational skills of 10
of the Pacific Northwest's top chefs as they use venison,
quail, buffalo or rabbit to create original dishes from
the finest wild and farm-raised game and fowl.
Food Network host, Alton Brown,
Lynne Rosetto Kasper, host of The Splendid
Table, cookbook author John Ash and Caprial
and John Pence for a day-long tribute to wild game.
Highlights of the event include Ranch to Range Cooking
Demonstrations, Oregon Wine and Game Pairing Seminar,
and a Wild About Game 6-course dinner.
